About this site

Vegan Scotland is an independent guide to the places in Scotland where everything is vegan. It started in October 2026 because the good guides stop at the Edinburgh and Glasgow city limits, and the big directories list a pub with one falafel wrap next to a fully vegan kitchen as if they were the same thing.

We list 43 open places today. The rule for getting in is simple and strict: nothing with an animal in it is sold on the premises. We also keep a calendar of every Scottish vegan festival and a list of vegan products made here, from Bute cheese to Leith beer.

Listings are free and always will be. If you run a 100% vegan business, add it. If you've spotted a mistake or a closure, use the same form; we fix things the week we hear.
